Brig turned 5 months on March 16th. Here's some of this months milestones:
- He weighed in at 18lbs!
- He rolled over for the first time at about 5 1/2 months.
- He ate solid food for the first time (besides rice cereal). He loves it! I feed him half a jar a day before bedtime. He gets most excited about sweet potatoes.
- We tried to give him fruit but he didn't like it at all. We tried peaches and applesauce and he would eat it but every bite he made a sour face and was not enjoying it at all. So we spared him the torture and we'll have to wait a few weeks and try it again.
- He is still such a calm and good baby. He is starting to let me know when he wants something he will reach for it and squeal.
- He loves his dad. He gets so excited when he's around him and just wants to play.

4 months old!
Stats:
Weight: 16 Pounds {76%}
Height: 26 inches {86%}
Head: 43 Centimeters {88%}
We fed him rice cereal for the first time this month and he loved it! The first few times he didn't get much down, most of it ended up on his bib. But he's getting better at it now.
He's getting so big! I love it! Every month he changes so much. Its so fun to see his growth and how much his mind develops.

Three Months Old!
My baby is 3 months old today! He is getting big so fast. I bet he has gained a pound or two since last month. That onesie that he is wearing is a 6 month onesie and he is almost too long for it. (I think it is a small 6 month because he is still mostly wearing 3 month clothes)
Brig Facts:
- He is still such a happy boy. He smiles and laughs all the time.
- He has started to put his blankets in his mouth and he sucks on them.
- When he's tired and gets fussy, he likes to be laid down in his crib to fall asleep.
- He sleeps in 5-6 hour increments at night.
- He loves his feet rubbed, he smiles so big when we rub them.

Brigham Wayne's Blessing Day
We blessed Brigham on December 30, 2012. It was a great day. Nate did an awesome job with the blessing. The spirit was so strong and we are extremely blessed to have this little guy in our life. He did so good during the blessing, Nate said that he was just looking around at everyone in the circle. After the blessing we had over 50 people in our tiny house for soup and salads. It worked out great with everyones help. Here are some pictures from the day.
I loved his blessing outfit. I found it at Quilted Bear. He was almost too big for it though.

Christmas and end of the year fun.
We had such a great Christmas! We normally have a big ugly sweater party at our house with all of our friends but this year we didn't end up doing one, hopefully next year we can continue that tradition. But we did do a small dinner with a few friends at our house. It was a lot of fun, unfortunately I didn't get a lot of pictures.
One of my best friends Allie was in town with her new baby Madden. It was so great to hang out with her and meet little Madden. They are only a month apart!
At the end of November we went and visited my great- grandma Soffe. And I am so glad that we did. A few weeks later she was taken to the hospital because she couldn't breathe, then she was on oxygen in a rehab center. And she passed away on January 8th. I am so grateful that I followed the promptings of the spirit and went and saw her. This will be a picture that I cherish.
On Christmas Adam, we went to my Grandma Rose's (Soffe) house. We had dinner, a nativity, and santa came! It was so great to spend time with my cousins and other extended family.
These are the long john jammies Brig got from grandma and grandpa Soffe.
On Christmas day we hung out at our house and opened presents. Nate got snowboarding stuff, a pass, a suit, and some ties. I got a kitchen-aid mixer (yay!), a gift card for clothes, a rolling pin (I have been using a cup since we got married), and a few other things. Then we went to my parents for breakfast, Waffles and whip cream! So yum! It was such a fun day!

For new years we just hung out at home. Brig had his first cold :( so we didn't want to take him anywhere. Sometimes I feel New Years is over-rated anyway and I was partied out from the christmas festivities :). 2012 has been great! We can't wait to see what this new year brings.
