I am kind of motivated to get this blog going again.. its just a matter of finding time to do it.. so we'll see how it goes. Anyway here are some pics from our wedding day. It was such a wonderful day. Everything turned out perfect.

Bridal/Groomal photoshoot

So doing bridals with the groom is very non-traditional and slightly painful for the groom but I wanted to so we had pictures of both of us in case the weather was bad on the wedding day. Which it ended up being perfect weather but I'm still glad Nate was there for bridals. He was so awesome to do 3 photo shoots and 2 video shoots before the wedding. We took our bridals at park city in November so we barely got the last of fall! I will post a few good ones...

Engagements in the SLC

Our second engagement photoshoot was in Down Town Salt Lake. They turned out really good and I love that we have a good variety but the farm pictures are still my favorite. Here's some of my favs...

Engagement pictures at Grandpa Herricks Farm

Alright so I'm a bit behind on things that have been going on so my next few posts will be pics and events that happened up to current happenings :)
Our first set of engagements were taken at Grandpa Herricks farm. Grandpa was worried about all the "junk" in the barn but we assured him that thats how its supposed to look and how we wanted it. We thought the pictures turned out great! I'll just post a few..

The engagement!

So I decided now would be the perfect time to get on top of this blogging business! And I figured that I should start from the beginning! As many of you know Nate Proposed.. and I said yes!! On September 19th Nate told me that he had a work dinner up at Snow Basin Resort. I kinda believed him but kinda not. Because when we got there they told him that, in order to have dinner up at the resort you are supposed to make reservations.. But they told us that we could eat in an hour and a half with out reservations. (This is where I questioned) So we rode the tram to the top of Snow Basin, walked around and took some pictures. After we had dinner, I wondered if maybe my premonition about the the engagement wasn't true. But when we walked outside Alex, Nates sister, had put was a dozen roses by the trailhead sign.
We walked over to it...my heart was pounding and I'm sure his was pounding harder...he handed me the roses and asked me to marry him! Then a thunderstorm came and we ended up getting stranded at the top for 2 hours, with Nate's sister Alex and her friend. It was overall a perfect night!
